FVDA En Plein Air Paint-Off : 10th Anniversary Event

The 10th annual En Plein Air Paint-Off and Auction will be held on Friday & Saturday, April 23rd-24th. Artists from across the region will share their talents and capture the beauty of Fuquay-Varina on canvas! Since 2012, Fuquay-Varina Downtown Association has been able to support local artists and provide public art with this event that quickly became a community favorite! Last year required a little extra creativity, but we loved hearing from artists behind the scenes via social media and Zoom! 

We'll be hosting a combination of live and online experiences again and encourage interested artists to apply by February 24th! Artists will be notified of acceptance by March 5th. Finished paintings will be briefly displayed on the evening of Saturday, April 24th, then find temporary homes in downtown storefronts. Paintings will then be auctioned in a fundraiser to support the non-profit work of FVDA. More info will be released when available.
